Terms of Service

1. The service

TrackedSale provides server-side conversion tracking for Shopify stores: capturing store events, verifying purchases via Shopify webhooks, and delivering conversion data to the advertising and marketing platforms you configure.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you connect and for keeping access to your account secure. Sign-in is by magic link to your email address; anyone with access to that inbox can access your account.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to connect the stores and advertising accounts you configure.
• You are responsible for your own legal basis for tracking: presenting any required consent banner to your shoppers and honoring applicable privacy laws in the markets you sell to. TrackedSale transmits the consent state your storefront captures; it does not create one.
• You will not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or malicious data to any platform.

4. Trial and fees

New accounts start on a free trial with no payment method required. Paid plans, when applicable, are presented before any charge and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You retain all rights to your store's data; you grant us the licenses needed to operate the service on your behalf.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or modify features over time; if a change materially reduces the service you pay for, you may cancel.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific performance result is promised. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your stores and account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where TrackedSale is operated, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
